Valentines Boxes

This year we decided to make a telescope for Luke's Valentines Box. A neighbor gave us a good idea to poke holes in the cardboard tube and when you look inside, it looks like the stars in space.

For Melissa's box, we took an old oatmeal container and glued yellow, red and pink strips of construction paper. Then we took red and pink hearts and spelled out her name in the center and topped it off with a hot pink ribbon and bow at the top!

I think Nate and I have more fun helping do the Valentines boxes than the kids do!
